Recognitions and teaching
Mª Teresa has been Professor of Commercial Law and dean of the Law School of the UB. He has taught courses at ESADE, CEU Abad Oliba and at the Universities of Puerto Rico, La Havana and León (Nicaragua), as well as numerous conferences at different institutions.
She is the author of several books and numerous articles published in specialized legal journals on issues of Company Law, Banking Law, Contract Law and Securities.
She is the author of multiple reports and reports on different topics related to the field of her specialties, and is also a permanent advisor to companies and Boards of Directors.
She is currently also a permanent member of the General Codification Commission of the Spanish Ministry of Justice and of the Legal Commission for the Promotion of National Labour, and is a member of the Advertising Self-Control Jury.
